11 Players to win Premier League title with two different clubs
By Peter Ochieng
The English Premier League (EPL or PL) was founded 33 years ago, following the decision to abandon the use of the name First Division.
Since then, only 11 players have managed to win the PL title with two different clubs, with no player having won the title with three different teams.
Here is the list:
1. James Philip Milner (Manchester City, Liverpool)
Milner has been a journeyman, donning Leeds United, Aston Villa and Newcastle United jerseys at different stages of his career, before landing at Manchester City where he won his first premier league title in 2012, and another one in 2014. He claimed the third title at Liverpool in 2020.
The 39-year-old midfielder is currently on the books of Brighton.
2. Riyad Karim Mahrez (Leicester City, Manchester City)
The Algerian was one of the key performers that led surprise package Leicester City, alias the Foxes to the 2016 PL title.
He swiftly joined Manchester City, where more PL success followed him in 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
The 33-year-old right winger currently plies his trade with Saudi Arabian side, Al-Ahli.

Another man standing from Arsenal’s 2003-2004 invincible side. Like Clichy, Toure won the first PL title with Arsenal in 2004, before landing another crown at Manchester City in 2012.
