The inauguration of Mutahi Kagwe, William Kabogo Gitau and Lee Kinyanjui with President William Ruto as Cabinet secretaries marks a turning point in Kenya's history.

Their appointment, which is accompanied by the task of managing the country's economic transformation, meets the expectations of the state and the population.

It is expected that the new leaders will competently fulfill their duties and volunteer in the service of all Kenyans without any preference.

These challenges have been a multifaceted phenomenon, ranging from economics to social equality issues in Kenya. They require not only experience, but also a strong sense of responsibility and inclusiveness.

New Cabinet secretaries will have to prove that they are more than just political appointments; instead, they should be dedicated civil servants dedicated to the welfare of all Kenyans, regardless of their socio-economic status or regional origin.

Mutahi Kagwe's long experience in public service gives hope to a lean and responsive government. His past positions have proven his ability to manage complex portfolios, and now he must consider how to improve the provision of services, especially in the areas of Health and infrastructure.

The biggest attempt for him would be to ensure that all Kenyans - whether in cities or in rural areas-have access to quality services.

Mr. William Kabogo Gitau is pragmatic in his approach to governance. He will easily navigate complex political themes by creating and implementing policies that will stimulate economic growth and reduce unemployment.

However, its policies should include meeting the needs of communities allocated for equal development. Lee Kinyanjua's deep understanding of local governance should play an important role in service allocation.

Its leadership should focus on strengthening county governments so that they have the sufficient resources and freedoms needed to effectively address local challenges.

Decentralization should not be a common term, but a fact that facilitates the economy and basic societies. President Ruto's call to cooperate and volunteer is timely.

New Cabinet secretaries should encourage cooperation at all levels of government with various stakeholders. This will greatly contribute to the successful implementation of a low-top economic change agenda that aims to facilitate the primary economy and reduce inequality.

When they take power, Kagwe, Kabogo and Kinyanjui must remember that their duties are not purely administrative; they are the public trust Guards responsible for leading Kenya towards a more just and prosperous future.

Their success will not be measured by economic indicators, but by noticeable improvements in the life of ordinary Kenyans. With high expectations, new Cabinet secretaries therefore have a unique chance to make a lasting impact.

The success of their competent and inclusive governance is what will define Kenya's trend towards sustainable development and national unity. Kenyans expect nothing more than responsibility, justice leaders who aim to achieve effective results.
