Second Suspect in Wells Fargo HR manager's Homicide case Arrested

The second suspect in connection to the murder of Wells Fargo HR Manager, Willies Ayieko Onyango, has been arrested by DCI detectives on Friday.
Duncan Onyango, alias Otuch, was arrested at his hideout in Bondo sub-county, The DCI confirmed in a statement.
Otuch's arrest was aided by a tip from the first suspect Fredrick Otieno Omondi, who was arrested 3 days ago.
By Omondi's aid, Detectives conducted a scene reenactment exercise identifying the house of Duncan Onyango as the location where the victim was tortured and murdered.
The body of the deceased was recovered less than 400 meters from the suspect's house which is located in Luanda Doho, Kisa East, Kakamega County.
The suspect is undergoing processing for arraignment in court.
The first suspect, Omondi, a Motorcycle rider bases in Kisumu is alleged to have provided transport for Victor Ouma, also known as Sisco, to the location where the victim was abducted.
Victor Ouma Okoth is currently in police custody and has been linked to the crime, alongside his deceased brother, Robert Wakolo Okoth, as well as other yet-to-be-identified individuals.
One more suspect identified as George Oduor Okoth was ambushed and gunned down by police in his hideout at Mulberry Guest Hse opposite Kisumu National Polytechnic on 31st October.
The suspect was neutralized after he refused to surrender and clung on to his Smith and Walter pistol in readiness for a gun battle.
Oduor Okoth, who had earlier escaped police dragnet leaving behind a rolling vehicle and a seriously injured female passenger (who died later), was fatally injured in an effort to subdue him. A firearm with three live rounds among other items was recovered from him.
Meanwhile, the investigation is ongoing, with the DCI actively pursuing several leads to ascertain the full circumstances surrounding Onyango's murder.
