Nairobi City makes it six wins in a row as Leopards overcome Muhoroni

Nairobi City starts climbed to the 2nd spot of the FKF Kenya Premier league standings with a 1-0 win over Posta Rangers on Sunday.
Mohamed Bajaber put the Nairobians ahead in just two minutes a goal that sealed their sixth consequtive win in their last six matches.
City starts are now behind leaders Gor Mahia with 7 points as out of form Posta Rangers lay on the 5th position with 29 points after 18 matches.
Meanwhile, AFC Leopards recorded a narrow 1-0 win against Muhoroni Youth in another FKF KPL match played on Sunday.
It was the second straight win for Ingwe and their fourth win of the season as they push to survive the relegation threat.
Jaffari Owiti scored the lone goal for Leopards, the strike arriving early and Thomas Trucha’s men held on to claim all three points.
Ingwe had further opportunities from Boniface Munendo and Kayci Odhiambo but they could not find the target.
The Victory pushes Leopards to 12th on the table with 21 points while Muhoroni slip down to 15th on 18.
