Business as usual at Malaba despite accident incidence

Business went on as usual in Malaba town with only an accident incident where a Trailer lost control and overturned near Malaba town of the Malaba-Amagoro Road a few meters from Malakisi River bridge. 

The vehicle registration no. KDD 485K was headed to Uganda. Luckily, no casualties were reported. It took a response time of exactly 8 minutes for the Malaba Municipality Fire Brigade Team and Police stationed at Amagoro to arrive at the scene and take charge of the situation.

ln reference to the incident, The Ag Municipal Manager, Malaba Municipality Plan Brian Abwaku urged residents and motorists to be more careful and vigilant and ensure that their safety comes first as they use the busy highway.
