Judging by his expressions, one might find it hard to believe that Harry Kane ever had a moment of regret about joining Bayern Munich.

The 30-year-old appears to be relishing his time in Germany. Fans cheer for him, teammates provide valuable passes, and he's been netting goals consistently.

When Bayern defeated league rival FC Augsburg during the second round of matches for the 2023-2024 season, Kane, the Three Lions captain, showcased his skills on home ground.

The stadium was filled with applause well before his successful penalty and the subsequent goal he scored. Just mentioning his name over the arena speakers triggers immense excitement. The announcer says "Harry," and a massive chorus of 75,000 fans responds with "Kane."

It seems evident that the German record champions have warmly welcomed Kane, securing him in a 100-million transfer from Tottenham Hotspur.

"Most impressive as a fact is the speed of the games and the amazing atmosphere in the arena," Kane said, adding that he must get used to both.

Only a few weeks in, and Kane appears to be settling at a pace faster than many anticipated. He described the past weeks as "crazy, but full of positive emotions."

His move to Bayern was a matter of conviction, he told reporters, and he's renewed his intention to win trophies. "I hope it works right away this season," he said while a smile was running over his face.

From the outset of the negotiations, Kane felt Bayern's trust in his abilities. He highlighted the strong relationship he's been building with coach Tuchel.

"It's important for me to be on a good level with the coach," Kane said, adding.

"We as a team learn more and more about each other in every training session. I love the chemistry we developed."

Beyond his on-field contributions, Kane has made an impression off the pitch. His teammates respect him, and he's captured the hearts of supporters.

"You can feel his aura right away when he enters the room," midfielder Leon Goretzka noted.

Worth mentioning is Kane's feat of becoming only the third Bayern player in the club's storied history to net three goals in his first two matches.

His ambitious start is in line with his goal to emulate or even surpass his predecessor, Robert Lewandowski. The legendary striker, now with Barcelona, tallied 41 goals for Bayern in the 2020-2021 season.

Kane's record purchase doesn't seem to faze him. "I am extremely thankful Bayern never gave up its transfer efforts. But to be honest, I don't think about the figure of 100 million. I try to gain some silverware with my new club, and at present I am happy," he expressed.

A reunion with his family, including his newborn son Henry, is on the horizon, adding to the positivity surrounding Kane. His wife, Katie, and their children are slated to join him in Germany in the coming weeks.
