Russian oil slashes OPEC's share of Indian market to 22-year low

India increases it's russian oil intake pushing down OPEC's oil supply to the country to a 22 year low. Russia is now India's top oil supplier after overtaking Iraq, with Saudi Arabia pushed to third.
