Al Ahli Reach €80m Agreement with Napoli for Victor Osimhen Amid Chelsea Interest

In a major transfer development, Saudi Arabian club Al Ahli has reached an agreement with Napoli for the transfer of Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen.

Renowned football journalist Fabrizio Romano reported that Al Ahli and Napoli have finalized the club-to-club agreement, with Osimhen now facing the decision of whether to make the switch to the Saudi Pro League.

As part of the deal, Al Ahli has offered Osimhen a lucrative four-year contract, with a salary package ranging between €25 million and €30 million per season, net of taxes.

Romano noted that this clause is "affordable and easy," with its value set lower than the previously reported €100 million.

This aspect of the deal was reportedly a significant factor for Osimhen, who had requested its inclusion as a condition for his potential move.

Despite the agreement between the clubs, the final decision rests with Osimhen.

The Nigerian international has a proposal from Chelsea on the table, which he is still considering.
