Ronaldo Cristiano dos Santos Aveiro entered the world on February 5, 1985 within the simple town of Funchal in Madeira Portugal.

On his 40th birthday the planet celebrates the exceptional life path of this individual who ascended from his simple origins to achieve legendary status in football history.

A working-class family supported Cristiano Ronaldo as he displayed his football passion since his childhood.

Ronaldo received his first exposure to football through his father José Dinis Aveiro who worked as kit man at Sporting CP. The financial limitations he faced could not hide his exceptional football talent.

At twelve years old Ronaldo departed from his island to accept a place at Sporting CP's academy in Lisbon which launched him toward his future football greatness.

Manchester United: The Making of a Superstar

At 18 years old Ronaldo gained Sir Alex Ferguson's attention which resulted in Manchester United acquiring him during 2003. Ronaldo claimed the cherished number 7 jersey which made him instantly popular among fans.

During his six-year stint at Old Trafford Ronaldo achieved three Premier League championships as well as a UEFA Champions League championship and won his first Ballon d'Or in 2008. His unique combination of flair and speed together with his goal-scoring capabilities solidified his position as one of the best talents in football.

Real Madrid: Records and Rivalries

The £80 million transfer in 2009 made Ronaldo set the all-time record for largest transfer fee in soccer history. He scored 450 team goals during his nine seasons at the club which made him Real Madrid's

historical leading scorer in 438 games. The intense competition between Ronaldo and Lionel Messi transformed into a central football story in the modern era.

Throughout his time playing at Real Madrid Ronaldo set historical records which included four Champions League victories together with four Ballon d'Or trophies demonstrating his position as the leading European player.

Juventus and a Triumphant Return to Manchester

In 2018 he brought his talents to Juventus to pursue fresh football experiences. The Italian league welcomed him where he added two Serie A titles to his accomplishments while writing more chapters in his legendary career.

He made a spectacular comeback to Manchester United in 2021 with the goal of bringing back the club's previous triumphs. His departure from the team occurred in 2022 because the team did not achieve success despite his individual remarkable performance.

Al Nassr and the Saudi Pro League

Ronaldo took a surprising move by joining the Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr during 2023. The league's profile surged upwards due to his presence and he maintained goal-scoring consistency while displaying his remarkable fitness mark during his late 30s.

International Glory with Portugal

Ronaldo established himself as an important member of the Portugal national team in both history and record books. He holds the record for the most appearances with Portugal as well as their highest scorer in history.

He achieved his greatest triumph in 2016 by leading Portugal to their first tournament success at the UEFA European Championship while serving as captain. Under his leadership Portugal gained victory in the first UEFA Nations League competition during 2019.

The GOAT Debate

Cristiano Ronaldo constantly faced the Greatness of All Time (GOAT) discussion throughout his footballer career. Football fans along with media analysts become energized by the ongoing rivalry between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi because they continuously push each other toward new achievements.

Football history has recorded 923 professional goals from Ronaldo's 1,254 match appearances thus making him the game's top goal scorer.

During his interview with El Chiringuito de Jugones Ronaldo focused on resolving the GOAT discussion as the main topic for discussion. During the interview Ronaldo declared nobody can equal his football success by taking the prize for all-time best player.

“I am the BEST PLAYER EVER”. Cristiano.

“I’m in the TOP 10 scorers with LEFT FOOT in the history… and I’m right footed”. Cristiano
