List of 15 MPs who have never spoken in Parliament

It is a year since Members of Parliament (MPs) were elected to serve in the 13th Parliament.
A new report shows that 15 MPs are yet to make any contribution on the floor of the House, about a year since being sworn in.
The report is by Mzalendo Trust.
It is the organisation's first scorecard of the 13th Parliament.
The scorecard covers the period between 29th September, 2023 and 30th June, 2023.

Oscar Sudi - Kapseret
Samuel Arama - Nakuru Town West
George Aladwa - Makadara
Ronald Karauri - Kasarani
Mohamed Soud - Mvita
Paul Chebor - Rongai
Ernest Kagesi - Vihiga
Joseph Iraya - Nominated
Teresia Wanjiru - Nominated
Elizabeth Kailemia - Meru Woman Representative
Muthoni Marubu - Lamu Woman Representative
Fred Kapondi - Mt Elgon
Charles Gimose - Hamisi
Feisal Bader - Msambweni
Innocenlt Momanyi - Bobasi
MPs Makali Mulu (Kitui Central), Beatrice Elachi (Dagoretti North), James Nyikal (Seme) and Ken Chonga (Kilifi South) have been named among the most active in the National Assembly.
In the Senate, top contributors are Samson Cherargei (Nandi), Eddy Oketch (Migori), John Kinyua (Laikipia) and Mohamed Faki (Mombasa).
The three roles of an MP are representation, oversight and legislation.
Speaking in Parliament lies under representation.
