Narok Police commander Kizito Mutoro said one passenger who was in the vehicle at the time of the accident suffered serious injuries and was rushed to Narok County Referral Hospital where he is receiving treatment.
Mutoro said the driver was ferrying highly flammable super petrol towards the Narok Town direction in the vehicle registration number KAQ 277P.

The police boss confirmed that the ill-fated vehicle was highly guarded to prevent members of the public from tampering with the super petrol that is very flammable.
