Police Gun down two notorious city robbers

Police have gunned down two notorious robbers who have been terrorizing residents in Kibera area of Nairobi. 

The two The suspects, only known by their aliases Rundo and Mulinyo, were persued by undercover police at Kilimani area on Wednesday after police were tipped off on information of their whereabouts. 

During the operation which involved a fierce fire exchange, two Beretta pistol guns were recovered by police officers. 

According to the DCI, one of the suspects started shooting indiscriminately after noticing that the sleuths were in their heels prompting the police to open fire against them leading to the incident. 

Six rounds of 9mm ammunition, seven spent cartridges and four bullet heads were recovered alongside the firearm, and the bodies removed to a city mortuary for identification.
