Renovation works in Manyala Primary School

Eight classrooms at Manyala Primary School in Butere Sub County will be renovated to improve the learning environment for the pupils.

Area MP Tindi Mwale said the eight classrooms will be refurbished through the National Government Constituency Development Fund (NG-CDF).

This comes following the dilapidation of the buildings over time. “Our Butere CDF leadership has commenced renovation of eight classrooms at Manyala Primary School, Marama South Ward,” Mwale said adding the works will be finished before the re-opening of schools to facilitate improved learning conditions for the pupils.

“We remain committed to ensuring better infrastructure in our schools and remain on course,” he affirmed.

The MP has on several occasions commissioned building of modern-storey buildings in various learning institutions within the region to improve infrastructure in schools.

The legislator said investment in education infrastructure will offer adequate learning spaces for the children.

The MP was speaking yesterday while touring NG-CDF supported development projects in Butere Sub County.
