“If you don’t get a job, create a job.”
His administration, he indicated, is partnering with Kibabii university in several areas, such as scholarships, research, and technological advancement.

“We are finalising arrangements to ensure the university has the space it needs to grow and serve even more students,” the governor stated as he announced plans to allocate additional land in Kopsiro and Sang’alo to Kibabii University for its expansion.
Kibabii University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Isaac Ipara Odeo reaffirmed the institution’s resolve to nurture a new generation of leaders.
He called on graduates to forever embody the values of Kibabii university. “Your achievements are a shared success,” he noted.
On her part, Yvone Kariuki, Kibabii University Alumni Association chairperson urged the ministry of education to address challenges facing higher education, especially the issue of university funding.
“The future of our youth depends on creating accessible education pathways for every talented young person regardless of their economic backgrounds.
