Jannik Sinner wins Australian open in magical comeback against Medvedev

Jannik Sinner executed an unbelievable comeback to bring down Daniil Medvedev in five sets at the Australian Open Final in Melbourne on Sunday.
Sinner who had eliminated defending champion Novak Djokovic on the semi finals started the Final clash on a depressive form trailing 6-3,6-3 on the first two sets.
It took magic for Sinner to force a furious comeback for a 6-4, 6-4,in the third and fourth sets forcing the game into a sixth set where he emerged on a 6-3 victory over the third-seeded Medvedev.
It was a fashionable way for the 22-year old to claim his first grand slam time also becoming the first Italian to win an Australian Open since Adriano Panatta in 1976.
Medvedev also became the first player to ever lose two Grand Slam finals from two sets up, after falling to Rafael Nadal here two years ago.
The 27-year old Russian has also played more sets of tennis at this year's Australian Open than anyone has at any Grand Slam in the Open Era.
