Three houses were consumed and properties were destroyed by fire

At least three houses and properties of unknown value were destroyed on Wednesday evening by an inferno in Maua Town Igembe South Sub-County.
According to the eyewitness the fierce fire was caused by a gas cylinder explosion but it's yet to be confirmed.
Three houses were already burnt down when the Igembe region fire brigade arrived at the scene but they were able to salvage the neighboring houses.
