Manchester united have completed the signing of French defender Leny Yoro from Liile FC on a five year deal.

The deal has been completed on both clubs and player side as Man Utd and Lille are exchanging all the documents today waiting official confirmation from United.

United paid a whooping €50 m plus Add-ons for Yoro for a deal that will see the 18-year old serve the Red Devils until June 2029 with an option to extend.

Yoro completed medical tests in England on Wednesday.

Initially It was thought Real Madrid were the Frenchman's preference, but United have been working to convince him to join them.

Yoro made 41 appearances for Liile in the French League one last season and 3 goals.

The move comes a few days after United completed their first signing of the Window acquiring the services of Dutch Foward Joshua Zirkzee on a five year deal.

Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite and Bayern Munich's Matthijs de Ligt are players the club still admire - and remain options, subject to having budget and squad space available as the window evolves.
