Churchill Show comedian Peter Wamwea popularly known as Consumator is calling on well-wishers to come to his rescue and help him continue with his comedy dream.
Consumator has been in problems since late 2019 when his father was diagnosed with prostate cancer, and from then, his life has never been the same.
The comedian, who holds a degree in Community Development from Daystar University, says he has not had an easy life for the past at least three years.
His business was adversely affected due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and he started struggling financially.

Consumator reveals that he was forced to sell everything he had to pay for his father's medical bills.
"As the family's breadwinner, I used all my savings on my dad's treatment. After undergoing surgery, he has been going for checkups at least once a week. I had to sell everything I had in my house to pay for my dad's treatment," the comedian narrated.
"Before all these challenges, I used to earn money from emceeing at events and could make my ends meet,” he added.
With things not going his way financially, Consumator said he moved in with his friend who lived in Zimmerman, and they agreed to cost-share rent but he couldn't manage to raise Ksh3,000 to pay rent.
In April 2020, life became unbearable for him.
"I had rent arrears for four months, and one of my friends got tired of me. So one day, he kicked me out of the house at night. It was shameful because people around that area knew me," he narrated.
Consumator says he was a churchgoer and would never miss church, but at a time when he needed help, no one was there for him.
"After my life turned upside down friends from church went silent on me, yet when I was still on TV, they would call me daily. I even stopped going to church because one of the things was I couldn't even raise fair to go to church,” he said.
