A Kibera court has ordered the arrest of the Ndichu brothers for contempt of court.
The warrant of arrest was issued after the Ndichu brothers failed to appear before the court as directed.
Chief Magistrate Ann Mwangi, said that the Ndichu brothers did not give any reason for failing to appear in court to attend the proceedings for the mentioning of the matter.
"The accused persons are not in court despite an order that they avail themselves today. Since 11 am is not a convenient time to mention the matter and the accused persons are not in court, I proceed to Issue a warrant of arrest against each of them," the magistrate said.

The advocate asked the court to have the session postponed to a later date since the Ndichu brother’s lawyer Njenga Nyenge was engaged in another matter in the high court.
"I do not have written instruction on the matter but Nyenje is before the High Court. We pray for a later date," the defence pleaded.
Paul, one of the Ndichu's brothers failed to appear before the court for the third time while Eddie failed for the fourth time. Both are facing assault charges and damage to property.
Eddie claimed that he had been diagnosed with Covid-19 and was yet to take a plea, whereas his brother Paul who is out on Ksh100,000 cash bail, pleaded not guilty to assaulting five people and causing malicious damage to property.
The appeal on the suspension of Murgor sisters which was on March 22 suspended by Judge Anthony Mrima was to be presented before the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Inspector General of Police, Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI) as well as the Ndichu brothers within five days.
Stephanie and Cheryll, are also facing assault case involving the Ndichu brothers.
