"Limits the right to assembly, demonstration, association, expression, believes, privacy, employment in child care institutions in respect of homosexuality convicts and those engaged in LGBTQ behavior,” says the MP elected on the ODM party ticket.
Additionally, the bill prohibits adoption, homosexuals and LGBTQ persons.

Section of Kenyans who reacted to his post, applauded him for a bill well thought.
“This is the kind of work we expect legislatures duly elected to do. Protect your people and our continent by enacting the right laws. This must sail through our Parliament,” wrote Fred_fms.
"Finally!! Here we go,” said gospel musician Daddy Owen. However, others lead by ‘Daktari ya Wanawake’ bitterly differed with the lawmaker.
"This is a very silly bill. How can you ban sex education, ban contraception and ban safe abortions? Where do you want kids to get knowledge on sexuality?”
The MPs move comes about two months after the Supreme Court ruled that members of the LGBTQ community have a right of association.
However, the Apex Court in a ruling on February 24, 2023 maintained that homosexuality and lesbianism remain illegal in Kenya.
