A Mama mboga in Kitengela has caused public uproar after she stabbed a bull with a knife as it tried to feed on the vegetables she was selling.

In the photos that have since gone viral on social media, the bull visibly in pain is seen walking with a knife lodged in its face.

According to eyewitnesses, the incident happened on Thursday evening along the busy Nairobi-Namanga road near Quickmart supermarket, Kitengela.

While some residents called on the Kenya Society for Protection and Care of Animals (KSPCA) to follow up on the incident, others called for immediate arrest and prosecution of the woman for such a cruel act.
