How exactly do you show yourself this love? It's of course in the little acts such as looking at yourself in the mirror and thinking, "I'm doing the best and being proud". Well, here are 12 ways how to love yourself. 1. Be keen on identifying your internal boundaries, promises and commitments that you have made to yourself. This will assist you in living life as your authentic self. This ensures you are able to avoid small disappointments from people. 9. Be vocal Learning to use your voice is a very important aspect of self-love. Being able to voice out your concerns ensures people understand when they have done you wrong and you are able to communicate well with others also, perhaps even making new friends. 10. Keep your emotions in check We as humans are emotional beings and sometimes we find ourselves not understanding what we are feeling.
