A lot of people have been complaining over NHIF because it is not benefiting them as they expected.

"We are looking at how we ensure an entire nation for our workforce for our labor to be realized not only must we be healthy but we also must ensure that institutions that are offering that particular health are able to provide the services that when you go with your NHIF card you are able to be treated,"he argued.

He explained that failing to get necessary services from the NHIF card has contributed to the poor conditions to the people in health institutions.
