Kenya's youngest reverend Victor Guthu has addressed rumours that he scored 227 marks in the just-released Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE).
According to results that went viral, Guthu allegedly scored an A of 96 marks in CRE. This made netizens troll the young reverend.
While speaking during an interview with a popular Kenyan YouTube content creator, the young Reverend dismissed the claims saying it was a shocker for him as he is still in grade 6 and he did not seat for any exam.

“Mimi ata najiuliza when did I become a candidate? How did I even do KCPE?.......I am receiving congrats and am like alaah...” Guthu said.
"It is God na ukiona una abusiwa just know you are a good fruit......am in grade 6," he reiterated.
He noted further that he does not concern himself with what people have to say about him.
This is after yet another rumour which said he had prophesied seeing Kamba and Kisii women burning in hell. He distanced himself from the claims saying he is a reverend, not a prophet.
“That rumour said prophet that should be an answer in itself I am A reverend Why would I even get such a vision...I wasn't called to judge or see such things, I was called to see greatness to prophesy blessing to teach you to walk in the spirit of God," he said.
