Retired President Mwai Kibaki Dies

Retired President Mwai Kibaki has died. The news of his demise was relayed by President Uhuru Kenyatta during a press briefing on Friday, April 22, 2022. President Kenyatta mourned Kibaki as a great leader who played a major role in the development of Kenya serving in the roles of Cabinet Minister, Vice President, and President from 2002 to 2013.
