By Julius Tuwei Kapseret Member of Parliament Oscar Sudi has dismissed recently released polls showing that ODM leader Raila Odinga is ahead of Deputy President William Ruto in presidential race. Speaking during an interview with Kass FM on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, the lawmaker claimed that the polls were created by one of the government security organs in a move test UDA temperatures. The vocal MP stated that UDA is still strong and popular. " I want to urge our followers to ignore the recent propaganda claiming we are losing ground. The polls are was well staged by government machinery to suit their agenda and to portray us negatively," said Oscar Sudi. "Many people are so worried about the deep state existence, I want to assure you that the much popularised group no longer exists. Kenyans will be the deep state themselves as they will vote for their preferred President," he added. The youthful MP took a swipe at the Azimio la Umoja coalition claiming that President Uhuru Kenyatta has run out of ideas and has been forced to requests help from Odinga. Sudi stated that the 2022 elections is a contest between DP Ruto and President Kenyatta who is fronting and funding Odinga to succeed him using Azimio.
