FKF Women Premier League update after 5 rounds

The FKF Women's Premier League is getting hotter by the day as teams showcase their talents after five competitive rounds of matches.

As of October 11, 2024, Kibera Soccer Women have managed to create a niche for themselves at the top of the standings, keeping an impressive form that has propelled them to garner 13 points from four wins and one draw.

Second on the log are the Vihiga Queens, who have equally had a fine run in this campaign, accumulating 10 points from three wins, one draw, and one loss.

Queens will be looking to capitalize on the great start they have made in the season with their next match foes and were impressive in both attack and defense.

Bungoma Queens are third in the log with the same points as Vihiga but trail behind on goal difference.

This after amassing three wins, a loss, and a draw to position themselves well should the season progress.

Trinity Starlets hold the fourth position as they prove strong and skilful, managing a current tally of eight points.

The others, in fifth position, are Kenya Police Bullets, who have so far managed to garner six points, hence proving that they might still move up the table should they keep up the good work.

Zetech Sparks follow closely, with six points, but a difference in goal difference, signaling that the competition in mid-table positions is not an easy one.

Kisumu All-Stars and Ulinzi Starlets fell in the next cadres of the table, having so far recorded five points each.

Their performances show that they may give teams ahead of them a run for their money as the season wears towards mid-term.

Mombasa Olympic and Wadadia feature in the rear half of the table, each with four points, which indicates struggles in the matches played so far.

The last team in the table is the Bunyor Starlets, with two points, and hopes to redeem its standing in subsequent matches.

As the league unfolds, teams will be keen on maintaining pressure, hunting their way up the log, while Kibera Soccer Women aim to cement their place at the top.
