By Joshua Cheloti Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria has asked Narc Kenya party leader Martha Karua to join the Kenya Kwanza Alliance. Kuria who is also the Chama Cha Kazi party leader suggests that Karua is the best running mate option for Deputy President William Ruto. In a post on his official Facebook page, the controversial legislator said he was looking forward to an imminent Ruto-Karua ticket, which he described as one that will give hope to millions of Kenyan children who went to school barefooted. He, however, challenged Karua to pick a side. The former Gichugu Member of Parliament has insisted that she will not be supporting any political side - be it Azimio la Umoja coalition or Kenya Kwanza. She notes that both sides have corrupt leaders. But according to Moses Kuria, Martha Karua has no option but to choose a side to support for the upcoming poll. "To my good friend and soul mate Hon Martha Karua. We can not make ourselves ideal humans from clay. We can only live with the ones God gave us, with all their imperfections and frailties. Pick a side and put on your Jersey," he noted. Kuria and Karua have been close political friends. During his homecoming, the MP said he would help campaign for Karua who is eyeing the Kirinyaga gubernatorial seat on her Narc Kenya party ticket. And with a possibility of the two not being on the same side, Moses Kuria tells Karua that "If you decide otherwise you will still remain my sister, my senior and my friend".
